Ms. Soeby currently serves as the Director of the Unitive Justice Whole School Program, at the Alliance for Unitive Justice, a non-profit located in Richmond, VA. She works in schools in the US, and in Uganda, Africa to teach an alternative to punitive justice. She worked at NDSU Extension as a Family and Community Wellness Agent for many years and has served as a Park District Commissioner and a Planning and Zoning Commissioner in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She is married and has five children and eight grandchildren.
