WelCore Health, LLC is a health care company based in Grand Forks, North Dakota.  We specialize in wellness and preventive services held at the worksite.  Our professional staff includes nurses, dietitians, medical technologists, and exercise physiologists.  Our services cover a wide-range of topics and expand often.

WelCore Health is owned and operated by Molly J. Soeby, a North Dakota native.  She is a graduate of the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota and the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, a Specialist in Chemistry Certification, a Masters in Public Administration and a Certificate in Public Health Concepts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ms. Soeby  has worked in health care for over 30 years in various areas of clinics and hospitals including: laboratory medicine, education, diabetes, bariatrics, weight management and wellness and preventive services. She is an experienced grant manager, reviewer, and writer.

Ms. Soeby has been a Family and Community Wellness Agent at NDSU Extension since 2011 and formerly served as a Park District Commissioner in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She is married and has five children and four grandchildren.
