National Diabetes Prevention Program
Our comprehensive evidence based National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a 1 hour/16 week program that will educate you on nutrition, physical activity and behavior change to better manage your diabetes and/or prevent devleoping diabetes. This program can be held at your worksite and all offerings can be tailored to reflect current corporate policy.
