WelCore Health is owned and operated by Molly J. Soeby, a North Dakota native. She graduated from the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota, and the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, a Specialist in Chemistry Certification, a Masters in Public Administration, and a Certificate in Public Health Concepts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ms. Soeby served as a Family and Community Wellness Agent at NDSU Extension from 2011 to 2023 and formerly served as a Park District Commissioner in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She serves as the director of the Unitive Justice Whole School Program and teaches in Uganda, Africa, and Emporia, Virginia, USA. She is married and has five children and eight grandchildren.
